Eastcombe Village Shop Parking

Police have received an email from local community members regarding and incident that occurred at the Eastcombe village shop. 

The issue is around parking considerably and safely when visiting the village shop. Please be reminded to park in line with the advisories of the Highway Code and be careful when manoeuvring due to pedestrians. 

As you will know, there is a primary school nearby and it can be difficult to see children, especially if you drive a larger car. 

There have been cones placed near to the village shop by the local community to help make the area safer. Although these are no police or highway condoned cones, they have a positive purpose to keep all safe when visiting this local amenity.
